With the recent change in CDC and State Guidelines, we are excited to finally invite you back into our lobby! The LOBBY IS OPEN, but will be limited to one family at a time, so please just wait to come in until the last family has exited.

We ask that if you'd like to come in, you follow guidelines and continue to WEAR A MASK IF YOU ARE NOT VACCINATED.

Most of our staff is fully vaccinated, but some of us may continue to wear a mask to be extra cautious. We hope you understand.

We know that many folks have enjoyed the curbside pick-up and drop-off service the last year and would love to continue offering that. Please just give us a call and we'll come outside to get your pet(s).

While New Mexico is on a Reset, our business has been deemed "Essential" and we are OPEN! We are NM Safe Certified and continue caring for pets with minimal person-to-person contact inside the facility.

We continue to operate via curbside pick-up and drop-off.

Our Lobby remains closed, but are happy to arrange for tours with one person at a time if you have never left your pet with us before and would like to see the facility. Anyone that enters our building MUST have a MASK on.

We are still checking pets in and out CURBSIDE.

We are still asking clients to make RESERVATIONS in advance for ALL SERVICES.

Daycare is offered everyday, but please make a reservation.

Our lobby is still closed. However, if you'd like a tour or to look at retail items, MASKS ARE MANDATORY coming into our facility.

CURBSIDE Drop-Off & Pick-up - Our Lobby will remain closed until further notice. We will continue picking pets up and bringing them out to you curbside. Just call us before you leave or when you arrive and we will come out to help.

RESERVATIONS for ALL Services - We request that reservations are made for all services, including Daycare. Please call ahead to schedule play dates. We’ll keep you posted as we’re able to open Daycare up other days.

DAYCARE Days - Daycare will be primarily offered Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. This will ensure we have enough dogs for them to enjoy socializing as well as sufficient staff to provide a safe and fun program. If you need help caring for your dog on another day, please let us know! We can still help.

Please LIMIT personal belongings Checked In - For the health and safety of you, your pet(s) and the people working with us, we'd like to minimize transfer of items when possible. We welcome you to continue brining your pet’s food to maintain a consistent diet and prevent GI distress, but please limit the other items brought for stays. We always have comfy beds, blankets and bowls for pets!

PAYMENT - If you are open to keeping your card "on file" or buying a Daycare pass, these payment methods will help eliminate money transfer with each transaction. We can help you set that up or you can login to your customer portal here and your information will be securely saved for future payment.

PET FOOD and other products for Sale - While our lobby may be closed, we do still have food and other retail items available for sale. Just let us know what you are looking for and we'd be happy to help. We carry a variety of Taste of the Wild, Nutrisource, Canidae, Evanger's, Against the Grain and Dave's options.
