Welcome to 10,000 WAGS Pet Resort and Bow-WOW-Tique nestled in the shadow of the magical Taos Mountain. Located on approximately 2 picturesque acres on Highway 64 West in Taos, NM, your pet will be treated to the finest pet lodging facility available that also includes Doggie Day Care, a unique retail store called the Bow-WOW-Tique, a full-service grooming facility and hugs and treats all day!

10,000 WAGS opened for business in 2002. The idea for 10,000 WAGS Pet Resort was born out of the frustration that we had trying to find comfortable accommodations for our pampered dogs in or around Taos. We decided to build and offer a facility that we would wish for our own dogs.

When your loved companions stay with us, you can feel assured that they will be safe, be loved, and last, but not least, will have tons of fun! You are encouraged to bring your sociable dogs so that during their stay with us they can run and play and enjoy the companionship of other dogs. If your dog is not quite as social as some others, they will still enjoy games of ball-chasing, Frisbee throwing, or for an additional fee, a nature walk.

10,000 WAGS is proud to offer a state-of-the-art lodging facility where your pet's needs come first. Our talented staff have all dedicated their lives to the betterment of their own companion animals, as well as hundreds of homeless animals that many of us have fostered and rescued through the years. In addition, we have skilled professionals who have taught and participated in all types of training classes that enhance our knowledge of working with companion animals.

Ann-Marie Hillings is one of those dedicated professionals. She joined our staff as a full-service pet groomer in 2005. Immediately Ann-Marie proved herself invaluable to 10,000 WAGS and to us and she became an equity partner in 2007. In her spare time she enjoys the company of her 3 Salukis, she teaches obedience training, she enjoys bike riding, snowshoeing and various aspects of the arts.
